From Truro Follow A39 signs to Falmouth (approximately 10 miles). Before the Falmouth bypass you will arrive at the Treluswell roundabout; follow sign to Penryn; do not go into town centre; proceed towards Penryn Bridge; 0.5 mile before bridge you will see a Texaco garage on your right. 50 yards past this turn left into Church Road ( signposted Flushing and Mylor) go past St Gluvius Church on the right. Follow around sharp bend; Bay View sign will then be in view; turn sharp left up to the house.
