All rooms are available from 3.00pm with departure no later than 10.30am.All apartments are strictly non-smoking.Please call 07988750643 approx one hour prior to arrival to arrange collection of keys.DIRECTIONS TOWARDS SEA BREEZE: POSTCODE: PL253RX Take the M5 to Exeter, then onto the A30 until just after Bodmin. At the main roundabout turn left onto the A391, which heads South and is signposted St. Austell. Continue on this road until you reach a roundabout in Stenalees turn LEFT. At the next mini roundabout turn RIGHT and then STRAIGHT over the next mini roundabout immediately after (do NOT turn left towards the Eden Project). In simple terms ALWAYS follow the St. Austell A391 signs.You will now be presented with a magnificent view of the sea as you come down into St. Austell Bay as well as 2 roundabouts each about half a mile apart. Go STRAIGHT across the first roundabout and the at the second roundabout you take the right exit towards CARCLAZE RDFollow this road a little further down you will then see the apartments on your right hand side, which is where we will meet you with keys and security key fob for parking.Parking: Turn right, drive in using the security key fob to open gates, drive in and park in Bay 12 on the left.
